Jeff’s focus is on deal sourcing and structuring, investor relations, lease negotiations and overseeing the management company. Prior to co-founding BIP, Jeff was a managing director at Sydney Partners, a Chicago based investment firm specializing in acquiring industrial product throughout the Midwest. Prior to Sydney Partners, Jeff was a founding partner of Welsh Investment Company, overseeing in excess of $1 billion in acquisition and financing of commercial real estate. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Andy’s focus is on deal sourcing and structuring, investor relations and overall company strategy. Prior to co-founding BIP, Andy managed a series private foundations and trusts, overseeing all investments and operations (and continues to serve as a board member and strategic advisor to the foundations). Prior to this, he worked in the acquisitions group at Transwestern Investment Company, conducting over $1 billion in acquisitions due diligence for the firm’s fully-discretionary investment funds. Andy began his career in Deloitte’s real estate consulting group based in Chicago, performing valuation work and transaction services for public pensions and Fortune 500 clients. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University and a Masters of Public Affairs from the University of Minnesota.
